These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stellor's website and platform at trystellor.com (the "Service"), operated by Stellor, based in Calgary, Canada. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Stellor provides an AI search visibility and SEO automation platform, including content publishing, backlink building, technical audits, competitor monitoring, and AI citation tracking, as described on our Product page.
New customers can start the Full Platform with a 3-day free trial at checkout, or request a free AI visibility audit first with no payment method required. Accounts are set up personally once your trial begins or your audit is requested.
The Full Platform is $599 per month, billed automatically after your 3-day free trial ends unless you cancel first. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Published content remains yours even after cancellation.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable advertising, healthcare, legal, and industry-specific regulations relevant to your business. You are responsible for reviewing published content where required by your industry's regulatory obligations.
All content published by Stellor to your website or CMS is owned by you. Stellor retains no ownership rights over content created on your behalf. Backlinks and SEO/GEO improvements made during your subscription remain in place after cancellation.
While Stellor is committed to consistent execution (content publishing, audits, backlink building, and AI visibility tracking), we do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation outcomes, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
