These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stellor (“Stellor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any websites, content, products, and services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (without limitation) using the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, scrape data in violation of our policies, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse engineer the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Stellor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Content generated for you by the Service (including articles, audits, and reports) belongs to you. You may continue to use such content after your subscription ends.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Stellor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including (without limitation) your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
